Diagnosed Yesterday With PTSD

Hi,

I don't really know what to say while I am writing this. I am diagnosed with major depressive disorder that is severe. I was diagnosed yesterday as having PTSD. I really don't understand all of this stuff. Can anyone help me?

Bloody hell, I can remember the day I was first diagnosed (well it was really only in january this year). Anyway, just know that you are so not alone! You will find many answers on here.
