I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2003 and have been dealing with it now for about 10 years. I've received therapy, but I haven't been in a while. Recently I have had a resurgence of symptoms that I think are mostly due to being in stressful situations in my life. Mostly good stress, but stress none the less. I joined this forum as a way to discuss these things with people who may understand somewhat.
