Scared to Post

Hi everyone,

I was diagnosed PTSD instantly by the psychologist provided to my by victim's funding. That was about 6 months ago. I signed up for the forum quite a while ago, but I have been too nervous about posting.

I don't feel like saying much other than that I probably have "complex PTSD."

I'm not a Christian, but the only therapists I've been provided focus on Christian values and ideas for the basis of their therapy.

I really don't want to talk more right now, but I hope that I can be welcomed into the group.
