have been busy finishing off a load of serious report writing these past few months, so have been overstressed and busy, but im happy to say, one seriously screwy once drank too much living in a world of pain chap, has pulled himself up, got cleaned up and is now a proffessional archaeologist:smile:
took a lot of time and some serious serious effort but i got there in the end, the future contains a job with reasonable pay, and not too much stress, so it is do able for someone whos a wreck to pull themselves out of the gutter, get some education and get on with life, it isnt easy and is a challenge but its worth it, real happy i now have proffessional degree:smile:
anyways thats the good news, sorry i havent been around for a while, jon:occasion:

That's great to hear! I love digging up stuff. I went on a small dig 22 years ago and just loved it.

This is really inspiring and encouraging to me. I have been trying to get my degree in Early childhood education and psychology for years now. We move so often (military family) that i never seem to finish, get side-tracked by the next move and figure "what's the point? I'll just wait until he retires." I'm really feeling a desire to get back to school and my weight training from listening to all of this positive stuff. You guys are really great to be around. Similar experiences and so encouraging. Thanks.
