PTSD and LEO

I am looking for fellow Canadian LEO who have PTSD. I will gladly talk to anyone but I have an interest in seeing how other officer's are dealing with the issues in Canada in regards to treatment/pension management support.

Will chat, in Ontario, off work right now, LEO for 22 years. PTSD diagnosed for 3 years and undiagnosed since the mid 90's. New here as well.
