I just started EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) 3 days ago and I'm already noticing an improvement.
I have Acid Reflux real bad and so I started with that issue first. I did it 3 times in the course of the past two days and I woke up this morning and had minimal symptoms.
I was having extreme anxiety and irritation today because I have cysts on my ovaries so I worked the technique on my anxiety instead of the Acid Reflux today.
I am very hopeful that this will work if I keep at it.
One other thing that got me into this is that when my husband taps and messages my temples I will fall asleep within 2 hours every time. So I started doing this myself and I slept 7 hours straight one night last week. I am never able to sleep 7 hours. I wake up every two hours, but since I've been doing this I've been sleeping longer with fewer disruptions in my sleep.
The only reason I woke up is because I had to go to the bathroom or I might have slept 8 or more hours. I do this every night when I'm ready for bed, and I do fall asleep. However, tonight I woke up 4 hours after I fell asleep. I'm not looking at this as a failure, but just a minor set back due to the severe anxiety that I had all day, and still have at the current moment.
There is a free manuscript in google on how to do this for those interested so you don't have to buy the book.
