...with the happy addition of a 3-yo male Pekingese to the Ealy family. His name is Chewy, and it was fairly evident why after about 10 minutes.

He doesn't chew on things; he makes these grunting noises as he moves about the house and when he encounters people. He sounds like Chewbacca. Otherwise, he's pretty quiet and loves the couch.

Being the dog lover that I am, I think he is so cuuuuuute. He's solid black with a white chest and he has more of a Yorkie or Maltese...

Trauma Reevaluation (VERY Long)

As given to my therapist on our second session:

I looked at the timeline I first put in the trauma diary I am keeping on PTSDforum.com and I’ve been thinking about the events I described. Since then, I’ve been able to put the events into proper perspective whereas they used to be jumbled into a sort of…well…general mish-mash.

So here it is – revised – though some portions of my life still run together. For the most part, here I can put them into sharp relief.

Been under a lot of stress lately.

Moved to my new position. Had to harangue AS to get my computer to my new desk. Okay...you moved my stuff, but you leave my computer...the thing that I use over and above everything else.

Because I needed my stuffed Eeyore post-haste.

I took the MBTI back in college and came out then as an INTJ. I was surfing around and found a test on humanmetrics.com and took it.

I guess some things never change...I think I may have loosened up a little over the years, actually, but my I and J are still strong. My T is less strong, and my N is more defined...well, as much as you can define an N!
