| |  Glad I Found A Place of Understanding
Hi everyone! I am so glad I found this website.
I have suffered from PTSD and other anxiety/mental illnesses for the past 8 years. I am 22 years old next month. I am married and have a 30 month old son. It's been very hard just to survive. I have been to the hospital 5 times within these last 8 years, and I've also suffered from numerous suicide attempts.
So these are the experiences in a nut shell that led to the disease...
Being raped,
Excessive guilt because of life choices,
Doubt and fear concerning my religious beliefs,
Not having a father,
Being pregnant and my mom kicking me out,
Not sleeping during my pregnancy for 6 months,
Severe Insomnia,
Self-Hate,
Severe Anxiety,
Severe Depression
Shattered Dreams,
And hating it!!!
I can't handle day to day life and I just want to be a part of a group like this where others understand. Thank you. |

I have taken a few out and left those which mirror some of my experiences too! Your list mirrors mine and many others.
