How about Harry Potter? He should have it! Actually I thought he had it for years, all those frightening nightmares and flashbacks, but then of course it turned out (spoiler alert!) that that was due to a bit of Voldemort's soul being stuck in him. Sort of metaphor though isn't it? I thought JK Rowling did a really good job of describing trauma (after Sirius' death too). Also, to me the dementors are a metaphor for depression.

The Incredible Hulk has the worst PTSD I've ever seen. How'd you like to sneak up behind HIM, and tap him on the shoulder.

I've maintained that all the Winnie the Pooh characters have something. Christopher Robin thinks his stuffed animals talk... Eyore is depressed, Rabbit has OCD, Tigger is hyperactive... hehe.

I've been watching Heroes lately so I'll throw that one in. Especially the cheerleader character after all she goes through and lives.

I vote for Alex Cross from the James Patterson books. Seems like in every one of the books, he is either exposed to or victim of horrific serial killers. Or his kids are or his girlfriends.
