Default What a Statement I Wrote - Impressed With Self

I was just responding to a thread and wrote:

"What you do today, makes room for tomorrow!"

Wow, do I like that. In context the thread was about therapy.

I think it should be a sign in therapist offices.

I really like that, Cindy! It is a good motto for us all!!

Lately, I've been moved by another motto which might also be of use to those with PTSD as well as carers, with its focus on the present, and on what is within one's control:

Do what you can, with what you have, where you are. - Theodore Roosevelt

It speaks to me on so many levels.

Anyhow, a focus on NOW and what you can do in this moment is hugely important for whatever tomorrow may bring.

Hugs,

Cowgirl
