If we don't have any bad, we have nothing to measure really good against!

Roo, I had tears in my eyes when I read your initial post. Hang on to that thought as it will be that which will help you when you are having a bad day or hubby says the wrong thing. Perhaps instead of feeling betrayed, you may look at it as being misunderstood.... your husband does not sound like he said what he said to purposely hurt you.

Life is a journey and unfortunately it can sometimes be a bit of a roller coaster ride . Hang in there.

Nicolette, thank you for this. I did react -- boy, did I react! -- to his use of the word "psychosomatic" -- the next day, we talked it through, and I asked him not to use that term again. I even asked him, "Do you think I'm faking this?" -- He said no.

And yes -- it sure is a roller coaster. Mine has been running amok in the last little while...!

Blessings

Roo

that sopranos show can be quite a trigger. The episode where Dr. Melphy got attacked was quite intense.

Roo ... this is the kind of thing movies are made of. I'm glad he's so understanding and loves you like this.
