I quit smoking three years ago. It helped me feel not only physically well, it improved my mental health too. I am happy for you making it 45 days, the days add up and soon it will be a year.

That is great! Keep up the good work. There will be times when stressed you might want to revert back but remind yourself of your health and the cost of them. Each time you go back it just makes it harder the next time to quit. I quit about 8 years ago and still want a smoke at times but I resist. Chew gum if necessary or have it on hand.
Keep in mind how proud you are of yourself as each day passes.
