Default Sleep Diary

Those who are having issues with sleep are recommended to keep a sleep diary. This does two things for you. 1. It helps you discover where you are having issues and where you are not. 2. It helps you track what sleep techniques are are using and what ones are working.

Sample:

Monday:

Total Hours slept:

Difficulty get to sleep? 1-easy 10- hard:

Sleep Hygiene techniques used? : 1.
2.
3.

Nap during day? Yes/No

Time I went to bed?

Time I got up?

Hints: Do not try using more then three techniques at a time as you will not be able to tell what is or isn't working. Use the same techniques for at least one week in a row. Track your sleep using a daily diary until you have a regular schedule that is working for you.
