Default Reporting Posts - Bad Behaviour, Links, Unsavoury Content

This is a reminder to all members, you actually do have quite a lot of control in respect to what is and isn't posted here. Every post, top right hand corner, has a bell picture which when you click reports that post, not thread, but post only to me directly.

If you read a post that you believe someone is dragging another member into something, has posted a link which I have not yet found through editing, makes comments or remarks against another member of this forum in a derogatory or manner that is asking to cause conflict here, then please report the post to me.

When you click the bell, another page will be presented with the post and for you to add specific information as to what you believe is wrong with the post. I will then review it and edit it if required, I may disagree with you, either way, you do have control over helping the forum overall maintain a safe and friendly environment without allowing members to have snide remarks against any other member, myself included.

I edit the forum for certain things, which mean I breeze through postings looking for certain elements only... I DO NOT READ EVERY POST NOWADAYS as the forum is simply getting to large for one person to do that without it being a full-time job. Editing is easy and quick, but I will miss things such as remarks and comments which could cause conflict.

If you find it, report it, and I will get to viewing it. It may not be straight away, but I will get to it.

Thanks,

Anthony

Anthony I understand the reasoning for this. Please understand where I am as I have posted threads that were offensive to others though they clearly were not intended as such. My concern here is just because someone doesn't like what I wrote, like in the past when I referred back to my memories, and then complains.

Your suggestion?

CJ, the final decision only rests with me... If I agree that something written is attacking another member or is going to cause a lot of internal conflict, I will edit. Otherwise, all is good....
