Default Depression Resources

There are some very good resources available upon the web dedicated to depression. Please use them if you suffer even small bouts of depression, and learn how to get yourself better sooner, rather than later.

In order of priority as I see them:
  • Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUFAD) - the latest research and treatments for depression and anxiety. Easy step through sections for self help, clinician support or research.
  • Depression Net - you will find a comprehensive resource for information, help to access professionals, treatments, tools, etc.
  • Depression.com - provides step-by-step information on beating depression with small videos explaining what happens inside your body to create depression.
  • Beyond Blue Fact Sheets - A downloadable selection of fact sheets from how to help someone with depression, helping yourself and beating depression.
  • Blue Pages - from the Australian National University, provides great content, help and tutorials with depression forum.
  • Mood Gym - provides an interactive consisting of modules for working through and breaking the depression cycle.
