| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | Hi cookie,
It's a class you do in a pool. It's one step up from an aquafit class and if you're not sure what that is, it's high-intensity aerobics in the water. Only it's great because you don't feel how much you're sweating and you burn about 300 calories per class. |

| | We had our birth meeting which allowed me to air some concerns and some space to deal with issues from the first attempt at birthing a baby. I am feeling more confident about things now. |

| | I showered, put on make up, went into a grocery store without freaking too much, and with my second ex having to drive me there (whoa), and I cooked. Oh and I kissed several boo boos away today. I bought a silly red neck book by jeff foxworthy for my teen girl too I saw (impulse buy), she is a major fan of his. Anything to get her to read and make her smile at me! |

| | Pre-natal yoga again this morning. Did not kill the teenager when stressing his Dad because he couldn't get his sh*t together about where cricket was being played. Convinced Anthony that he did need a little rest before I went to yoga and that it would be good to have an afternoon nap with baby. They are both asleep as we speak. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
