| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

cathy | Thanks cookie. Yeah he is kinda cute. Just to add to the cuteness factor he recently has learned to blow kisses and said 'g'day' to me when I came home from the shops the other day. I'm hoping for an easier time of it this time around. |

| | Headache and all I got on the work out machine hubs got me again. Lasted a whole 2 and a half minuted this time LOL. 30 seconds longer than last! Pulse hit 210 and got off... Broke a sweat. Knew I needed to get my heart pumping but is it suppossed to come out of your chest like that??? Was starting to wonder if it would hit a point of not climbing any higher or just stop!
Hands shaky again but does not feel like it is inducing a panic attack again which is good improvment!
May get this exercise thing down after all. Head does feel like it is going to pop though. |

| | Followed someone's suggestion and technique, and found it to be rewarding. Going somewhat easier on myself today, another words not emot. pummeling myself for any of a number of critical, self-judgemental and negative things my head can and will create about myself. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
