I was personally given a list similar to this, by a psychiatrist, while in rehab about 4 years ago. I think they called them thought disorders, or something like that. I said to him jokingly, well if I didn't have these thoughts, I wouldn't have any thoughts at all. But at times, truth is spoken in jest. But I'm much better now.
