Can't find my ID or voter regsetration... UGH, hate my head in my ass. Hubs headed out without me to do it. But considering everyone up seems to have their heads up there ass anyway... Gee it is hard to choose between the lesser of the evils... I swear I don't even have a clue to start this year except for the outspoken off the wall lunatics like Kinky for Govenor for Texas. He is rude and crass but hell at least he isn't trying to say he isn't! I like no BS people but every one of them have their pockets lined and you have to be in a special club to get in...

I don't skip normally (girl shocked hubs did not take me) but am skipping this year. Main reason I see idiots on the street and shit I think I have to get out to cancle out their's!

Can't wait for the Presidents running next year, I want to know who. BTW if Hillary ends up on the ballot and heaven for bid win, I may move to Canada! Shudder, her running the White House again??? Well, at least Bill would be occupied LMAO... Would love to see her and Rice go head to head. A black woman president would be such a cool leap.

I would like to see the politicians held accountable for once. They should be brought up on charges if they don't do what they say they're going to do. I'm tired of seeing them say they'll do X, Y, and Z just to get into office and then not ever trying to do any of it!

Batgirl, yes, that's what happened.

Veiled, you don't have to have your voter ID...they have a list of all the registered voters. Just show your ID (driver's license, etc.) and you should be good to go!

I wonder why America attempts to make voting that bit more difficult than it is, by taking it to an electronic system, instead of leaving something that should only be done by humans, too humans. I am watching CNN pipeline, and the issues across the US in relation to the evoting system that you use.

Australia uses all human hand auditing, counting and voting, so we get less errors and less votes that do not count. It works when controlled by people who are independant, thus no BS that goes on like America with entire States voting being dismissed, or gone astray type nonsense occurs.

Why try and complicate something that is such an important aspect of everyone's lives? I am watching how insecure the voting system is, and that IT IS susceptable to hackers locally to get into local voting points and corrupt data. Why is such a system being used for something so important? I just fail to comprehend America's decisions in something so important. If it was secure I could understand, but just plugged into the local phone lines to send data, totally insecure.

Looks like your democrats are taking control off the house, thus taking some control of your country and hopefully getting it back in check again before the next presidential election.

Nancy Pelosi to be the speaker if the democrats do take this out.... a female voice in politics, which hopefully might just bring some reason to the often over populated testosterone filled house of decisions. Maybe less war, more resolution.

Guys,

Don't get Anthony too wound up about the American voting system or really anything that we consider crazy American stuff.........you'll not hear the end of it. Personally, my latest bitch about Americans is that they have banned Vegemite!! Give me a break!! That means all the ex-pat Aussies cannot have Vegemite for their toast. Something to do with containing folate and its only allowed in bread and cereal products. Its even that bad that the Australian newspapers have reported some people in America smuggling the stuff in. I'd like to see someone go to gaol for that.

You got it batgirl, they banned Vegemite. Seriously, doesn't Bush and his monkeys have something better to concentrate on? Like, a war in Iraq perhaps and saving his soldiers asses. Nope, never been in the military myself (Bush) but happy to send heaps of soldiers over there and return them home with PTSD, so you families can pick up the pieces. Whoops, don't get me started either.
