| |  Newbie Info - Raped 10 Years Ago
Hello to all...just wanted to introduce myself...I was diagnosed w/PTSD when I was 19 due to a rape in 1996. I had no idea what this was and that there was help or even that I needed help. Well, here I am 10years later and have realized there is help out there for me.
Its nice to have a place to go to and talk about the PTSD because this is not something I talk to anyone about. I have tried to talk about it with my dh but he doesnt understand. I seen there is a spouses section, which I hope will help us, just to have a place to share thoughts and feelings.
Anyway...hello to all...nice to be here |
