| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

i'd seriously kill for chocolate today.
Had to move back to mums with bro dearest. Slightly PO'd at Ali (ex flatmate) she organised for some one to move in without telling me.
Anyways, I have barely slept, am worried about my dog and have a major stress headache.
[sarcasm]All in all a great day[/sarcasm] |

| | GR'ass, hang in there.
Scarlette, I admire you...most of the time I want to forget about what happened...but it keeps coming back...although...I'm sure there is stuff I don't remember.
As for my day...I couldn't even go to school today...felt dizzy...couldn't even sit up, let alone get out of bed...also felt like I was going to vomit every time I moved my head or tried to get up...I'm a lot better right now but still have a major headache.
Anyway, take care everyone.

| | Today I remembered to take my morning's "pill cocktail"
but forgot to take the the rest of my daily meds... 'till now
My head is pounding, body is twitching, and my anxiety level is sky-high.
...darnit.... I need to set an alarm clock or something to remind me when the boyfriend isn't home.
Take care
