| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | Today was soooo much better!
I have gotten over my "medication-self-inflicted" pain
That was horrible, but now it's over
Went to my usual Doctors appointment,
had 2 blowouts at home...
so far.. not to bad, lol |

| | Good stuff YA, bloody good stuff.
I had a bit of a funny day yesterday, where I wasn't cranky or anything, just felt sick and tired, but kept going with the day regardless. Not sure if it was PTSD or just sick. I had to sleep today because I felt pretty crappy also, so I think it might be a bug or something, because my teenage son is feeling a bit off also.
So, today I slept for like five hours, and now its 11pm and I am wide awake. I dare say I will be doing a little work here tonight... |

| | Today was just the same old, same old, nothing new, no change here with me, pretty good and feeling funky as I do. Plodded around home today, cooked up a spag bolognaise for dinner tonight, watched some movies, typing this, then going to bed... and its only 2am! Gotta take the older boofhead to footer umpiring in the morning, and thats about it for me then. Relax for a long Queens birthday weekend. Well... every weekend is a long weekend for me I guess... LOL! |

| | Been a tough week. Planning on taking it as easy as possible over the weekend. The sun is still shining, so I might get out and catch some rays. |

| | It's very quiet around here. I hope that this means everyone is out having some relaxation and fun. :)
Not a bad night for me. Up early, cos my brain's doing too much thinking. Off with the dog before it gets too hot! 30C today apparently. Summer is here! |

| | Yep, quiet is sometimes a good thing. I am taking a few days off to relax... meaning as little time online as possible this weekend. Will get back into it in a few days.
You take it easy Piglet, and relax yourself please. |

| | Hey Piglet, Y&A, Anthony, how have you been?
Im glad this party thing is over. It was pretty and all, but it was way to stressful to be worth it. My family seemed to enjoy it though so I guess it served it purpose.
I've been really tired because of it. I don't feel so well. Headachs, nasua and I just feel real tired, like my body is hanging on my bones.
Mentally, I think I wouldn't be doing good, but I'm to tired to be affected by trauma. Ha ha. I wonder if that's bad or not.
Well, I have stuff to do, but I'll take it slow with lots of naps.
Hope to see you tomarrow! |

| | Hey Shadow,
Good stuff, and congrats. So how is the stress now? Back to normal, or still slowly winding itself down? You rest up and take it easy hey... look after yourself a bit after all that. |

| | Not a bad day really. Forgot to bring the dog home, so had to go back up the hill to get her. I was not popular - poor dear thought she'd been abandoned! Taking her for a nice walk this evening to make it up. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
