| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | Tired. Jumpy. After sleeping all weekend (could not stay awake) I am back to barely being able to sleep at all. It is driving me crazy.
I would say that I am glad because it is my Friday but what that really means is that I will spend the next four days trying to clean the apt. It is an on going battle that I never manage to win.
I have to do the useual stuff plus clean the carpets. If I am lucky I might be able to get my brother to carry out the trash. |

| | My day was fine, went to my appts. today, found out i need glasses, that my MS is relapsing and talked with my psych. Dr. about limits and worked on the nightmares and Flashbacks. Then dressed my daughter up as a lion and took her out to some friends to trick or treat. Really more for me as she doesn't have any teeth yet and still lives on the bottle. hope tomorrow is good as I go back to work the next day. Need some sleep. |

| HOPE!!! My daughters do the same thing!!! Request such smilies...hehehe I have a post somewhere just like that.....
My youngest lately has liked the
But before that, she liked the :angry-fla
Today has been a great day. I took my girls trick or treating and we all dressed up. My youngest was a princess Annaliese (BARBIE, I might add), and my older one was Ariel the mermaid AND princess. I went as a Geisha. My friends laughed at me cause it only took me about a second to look asian! LOLOL. Hey now, I went from a KOREAN to JAPANESE. There is some difference! It was cold, but we had a great time. Kids were up way past their bedtime high on sugar. In fact, my two year old has cotton candy breath. (Smells good...)
Time for bed for me. Life is treating me really well these days. I'm very grateful because I believe each and every one of you guys had helped me get here. |

| | Just letting you all know that Anthony is unwell and won't be on the forum this evening. As we speak, he and the little one are in bed trading snores. Now all they need is the male cat, who believe it or not does snore, and its a symphony of snoring in our bedroom. Lucky I can sleep through most noises!! Hopefully he will be a lot better tomorrow. Take care everyone. |

| | I'm so excited for you two about the upcoming baby... :)
I got alot done today.
Moved the big lizards cage into the basement.
After alot of elbow grease (and bleach)...
I think I'm ready to grab her from the bathtub and put her in her newly cleaned home.
Still have to take down the halloween paintings, etc.
Oh the fun never ends... lol
Over the past couple of days I haven't been able to sleep for more than 4-5 hours at a time...
But that's OK, I'm getting alot of stuff done. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
