Default Taking It Slow - Good Advice

Hello, everyone! i had to take 2 days off from posting and reading in the forum. i am feeling better, the nightmares stopped for now, and i am now going to take it slow! That was the advice that i was given when i started having rounds of nightmares as a result of racing to get better and sharing too much too fast. Thank you, everyone for the advice and support. i hope everbody is feeling well.

Good stuff Josh. Every week I would recommend a couple of days minimum away from the forum, away from reading, away from being triggered. We can only learn, process and accept so much at once with our trauma, the rest just goes over our head at the time, until the mind is ready to take it in. Well done mate... and glad you feel better for it.
