Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now.

Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year.

By the way, once you file (for divorce), your attorney can show just cause & ask the judge to subpoena the notes from psychologist. (This was done to me...) That should answer some questions & give you some bargaining chips.

It went okay I guess. I lived through it. I am just glad it is over. Thanks for asking though. I hope my new year is better too. My hubby is so sad and he is off out of state right now and nobody knows where he is. I just hope he is okay.

Same here - little contact - filled with anger and agression and I dont even know where he lives.... so sad who could have forseen what life has dredged up. I feel like giving up on him going to find more strength for me and think seriously about cutting contact altogether. Pehaps being in control will help!

Maybe that will help. I don't really have any answers. I have just put it in the Good Lord's hands and I believe he will take care of this for me, as I cannot control any aspect of it really and only God knows the future and what is in store for us and he knows best. I might make the wrong choice, but if I leave it truly in his hands, I know it will work out the way it is supposed to.
