| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | Isnt it a beautiful image .... no it is a google image but it is very similar to ours thats why I chose it .....thanks Nam dont worry about the gifts.... people are under so much pressure at this time of year to "provide" when everybody is worried about the financial cost of giving. The real meaning of christmas has been lost for ages .... A smile costs nothing if you see someone without one give them one of yours.... peace and joy to allx |

| | Merry Christmas to all... please have a rest, enjoy the holidays and leave trauma alone for a while. You might find with all the work you have done, with little rest inbetween, things just come together for you. Enjoy, have a drink, get merry and take care. |

| | Thanks Anthony I have a week off my boy is home for that week nice to have him around.
I am going to get some serious housework and yard clean up done before any cyclones come along.
Hopefully hubby will get the hint and get motivated. Hope Kerri Anne and Bub are doing well.
