| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | I like to write stories, books and poetry. Walk my dog. Swing on swing sets. Stomp/walk to music, box, weightlift, do wood working, crochet, learn new languages, snowshoe, hike, and play computer games.

| | For relaxation I will lay back and set the massage chair for a full body massage with headsets on and while listening to my playlist of favorite choose songs. Also I drink hot water w/ milk, relax on the couch and watch a good movie, or read something of interest, and during the warmer months outdoor labor and landscape. Foreplay and lovemaking always helps too. Did I say that? A nice cup of hot tea is a treat. |

| | Hi Bec. I don't think your nuts, just that when you said that you Stomp around to music, it must annoy the neighbours. I'm nuts, and proud of it. So you and I will get along great. I've never tried Snow Shoeing. But I'm a proud member of the Cheshire Regimental Formation Butt Bitting Team.
I'm 43 and I hate heights as well. I got an electric guitar for Xmas and I haven't played for 20 years and the racket is something else, I'm not in the same league as Brian May.
Cheers Bec

| | If you like being in the bush and like winter, you'd love snowshoeing.. I can't think of anything more peaceful than that...

My neighbors don't really bother with me.. lol they wave and keep going so maybe there is something to that nuts thing.. LOL

| | Hi Terry, what is the Salmon like in Tennessee, or is it trout that you catch. There is great fishing over here. The Salmon Season is about to start. I once used the army method of fishing. Just lob a grenade into the pond, "BANG",
fish floating on the surface.
Cheers
