| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | Hi Jen
I'm lucky because Ayden hasn't been sick with them. He just gets itchy.
I'm coping & doing fine. I'm using my support network when I need to.
Just waiting to see when they are going to let hubby out. Should know in a day or two. |

| | Two more weeks till they let hubby out.
It was funny because my friend asked me today if I was ok with that. Like I'm going to argue with hubby's doc, yeah right. If hubby needs to be there, so be it.
I do miss him but if this will help him in the long run then it's all worth it. |

| | Find out tomorrow if Ayden has chikenpox or just a viral thing. I can't wait.
My parents have been fantastic & have had Ayden so I can go & see hubby. Fingers crossed that we get the all clear tomorrow so we can go & see hubby. Hubby is missing him heaps, he's hasn't seen him for almost 2 weeks.
Apart from being house bound things are good! |

| | Ayden is fine, no chickenpox just a viral infection, good news!
Hubby came home for a few hours today. Fingers crossed he should be home in a couple of days.
Now we will have find a new level of "normal" again. Time to keep the mind open & between the two of us, re-establish a different phase to our lifestyle.
Let the journey begin....again. |

| | Why am I so girly & crying today?
I suppose that I'm worried that I'm going to f*** up somehow when hubby gets home & undo the work he has done while he has been in there. |

| | Just do your best jods. Find myself making mistakes constantly with my niece but at least I am learning from them. Your husband is fortunate to have such a caring spouse. Take care of yourself please.

| | I somehow doubt that very much Jods.... Rob loves you to bits and pieces... lets not put excessive pressures in the pie too, because they are what create issues when none exist to begin with. |

| | Thanks Jim
I think my body & brain are using this as a day to rid me of any crap I'm holding onto so my batteries are recharged for the next phase of whatever this decides to throw at us. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
