Default big dinner wed night

Jim,
I love to cook! What did all of you have at that big Newfoundland dinner? I try to cook something different every week, something I have never made before.

All of Brians favourite foods were served. Cant recall everything now. However. There was a roast and the usual fare that goes along with it, some desserts, some Carribean food as we are in the Netherlands Antilles now. Have to speak to the wife if you want more detail than that. ;-) Jim.
