Yep I get pain too. I actually pull my muscles sometimes, though that may be with the shaking more than tension... though I guess both are similar. I get back pain, and joint pain, and what I have only ever been able to describe as aching bones. Not muscles, not joints... my bones literally feel like they ache from the inside out sometimes. Luckily, this kind of pain is not too often otherwise I think I'd be suicidal!

I think the body is pretty good at telling us more about how we are than sometimes the chaos in our minds may point out.

LOL bec, I think I actually remember reading you say the same myself somewhere on here... the funny thing was he actually laughed back and said "Yeah I was gonna ask if you remember what that is!". He knows he has his work cut out for him lol.

What's a chiro? Not sure I'm with the lingo here!

Lisa,

Sorry......Chiro is short for Chiropractor, AKA "Bone Crusher".
