What is EFT Geneva? I think I've heard of it but don't remember what is it offhand. I suppose I could google it but I am feeling lazy. :p |

I read an interesting article online by Sue Beers who discussed using EFT in combination with "Reframing" ( a therapy that uses metaphorical stories) as a means to help patients learn to forgive themselves.
