Experiences with REBT (Rational Emotional Behavioural Therapy) 
Yes I have had RET.....I went to a PHP program a couple of years ago....It's really great!!!! To make it work you need go consistently and be willing to change and be able to learn a new way of thinking.....I learned about having my own power and what boundaries are and how to set them and stick with them....plus all sorts of other things.....From reading here about CBT it's very similar Hopefully you have a compassionate therapist and I say go for it!!!!......GIVE PEACE A CHANCE
