| |  New to the Board - PTSD From Sexual Abuse and Rape
Hello everyone,
I am new here, and just thought i would say hello, I suffer fro PTSD from sexual abuse as a child and a couple of rapes in my adult years. I have been doing CBT exposure therapy for about 2 years now, and have felt it greatly improve my life, I am looking forward to the day when all this is behind me. |
