Default I Didn't Think This Would Be So Hard

I was diagnosed with PTSD almost 2 years ago. My symptoms have changed a little in that time. I used to have a huge problem with rage, that has gotten better. But now I'm having trouble leaving my apartment. I hope that this site can help with that a little so that I can go to my therepy apointments. Thank-you for reading this.

Hello,
It is hard for me to leave too but just push yourself. Go for a little walk than increase a few extra steps at a time. I hate the cold and winter and slippery sidewalks but I went for a walk today. It does make you feel somewhat better sometimes I do things around the house that I normally might not have done. It boosts your spirit alittle. It clears your head alittle.

Hi danieleli, welcome to the forum. Your in the right place and you found us, which means that atleast your consciously thinking about wanting to get much better. That is a positive start as PTSD is quite a tricky and complex issue to deal with.
