| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | Me Too... One Year In reading the previous post, I too realized that this is one year for me on the forum.
I would like to thank all of you who supported me.....and I don't mean to single you out but I wanted to say a very big thank you to she cat because she has been a huge support for me. I so appreciate the constant feedback...so again thank you to all of you and to Anthony for creating this. forum. It has truly been a gift for me and I say that from the bottom of my heart.
I was unable to read a lot of trauma diaries at the beginning because I was so triggered and now i am reading them...I have learned that we are all strong, incredible people and we should all feel proud of ourselves for helping each other. There are a lot of really rotton people in this world and through this forum I am learning that there are a lot of really great people too.
Take care everyone!

| | Ok You,
This party is getting crowded. I just wonder how many more of us joined in Feb. of last year? We would not have noticed because we were all serious wrecks at the time.
I want a cake and party hats!
Congrats on the progress you've made and having the staying power to hang in there with the rest of us.
Been 1 hella of a year for all of us. For you Pandora, I wish only good times ahead |

| | Congratulations Pandora! I just realized I too came here last February and have been on the forum one year. Though no worries, I will not be starting yet another thread about it. |
