Default Hard to Express Feelings

Hi, i have been a member of this forum for a little while. Reading some of the posts has been difficult. I have been suffering with chronic PTSD for 15 years possibly even longer. I am a vietnam veteran and am not able to relate to many people including friends and family. I am hoping that talking with people on this forum will help.
It is hard for me to express many of my feelings.
Thank you

Welcome, and I understand what you mean by having a hard time expressing certain things. I wish you well on this journey.

Thanks. I am not sure where the journey will take me - but I guess it has to start somewhere.

Hi there;

I also have complex-PTSD, and I understand what you're saying. This is a new journey for us both.

Understanding is the first step; sharing is the next. . .
