Hi everyone,
I was diagnosed PTSD instantly by the psychologist provided to my by victim's funding. That was about 6 months ago. I signed up for the forum quite a while ago, but I have been too nervous about posting.
I don't feel like saying much other than that I probably have "complex PTSD."
I'm not a Christian, but the only therapists I've been provided focus on Christian values and ideas for the basis of their therapy.
I really don't want to talk more right now, but I hope that I can be welcomed into the group. |

Welcome! Take as much time as you need to take the steps you need.
Overcoming the fear is hard but necessary and WORTH it, the end result is you learn to live again and experience things in the present.
