New to the forum, first time entry. What I am most interested is how to get the family to understand what is going on with me and to stop treating me as if this is where I want to be and that everything is all my fault.

Welcome to the forum......I think many people here have the same question of how to get family/friends to understand. The simple answer is....They can't! The can offer support, empathy, and even sympathy(which makes it worse) but they really can't understand what we go through.

Print out material and ask them to read as much as they can.....Buy books and leave them in open assessable places for them to see and hopefully read.
