Lower life forms like cats and husbands will only perform tasks like coming to you when you call them or moving the clothes from the washer to the dryer, then actually turning the dryer-on-
if there is a food-type reward. |

I own one of each species and honestly...it's just easier to move the laundry myself and save myself the time, hassle and frustration of trying to get either to listen or do as requested.
Something along the lines of teaching a pig to sing...waste of time and annoying to all parties.

At least cats show appreciation for your work and the rewards you give them.
Husbands just expect it from you, and get cranky if you don't do it to their expectations.
Dogs, on the other hand, love you just for being you. And they never walk away with that attitude that says, "Look at the butt." |

Well said, husbands ARE babies, with all the pouting and stomping they do when they don't get their way. Toddler-like even. |
