Maggi is on a distinguished road
Default Hi Everyone - Diagnosed Over 6 Years Ago

My name is Maggi and this is my first post to the forum. I was diagnosed with ptsd over 6 years ago. When I was at my worst this forum would have been too threatening for me to join.

Now my ptsd symptoms have gone, I am struggling to get back into hving a more normal life. I find isolation is comfortable and something I have grown used to.

Joining this forum for me is a safe way start getting back into a more social life, to make a few friends and above all to let people know that ptsd can be overcome.

HI and welcome.....PTSD can't be overcome, but it can be managed. PTSD isn't curable. I'm glad that you are feeling better though.
