Default Finally Did It

As lame as this is going to sound, I had scrambled eggs yesterday and eggs in general usually REALLY trigger me, flashbacks, choking, dry heaving, etc. BUT, I've had scrambled eggs twice while at college and I was FINE!!!!

Sorry, it has me rather excited even though it's not a big deal.

Hey...every little victory is a BIG DEAL! Don't discount them. Good for you for being able to do something that triggers you so much. Keep up the good work.

Onwards and upwards!

Hi broken, You've got the right idea, yes. This forum sect. being about success and you having identified success, know matter how large or small you may judge it.

Personally, from the symptoms you / you've experienced having, in response to such trigger, I read this as a Great Success!

Well done, broken.

No apologies due, maybe just a little bit more clarity here. Broken it makes sense you'd feel excited and ....This success of yours, is a big deal!, from my perspective.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I was a little embarrassed for posting about something so mundane. I guess it wasn't mundane to me though. I've actually been having them every day now.

A trigger is a trigger - how 'mundane' it may be is irrelevant, IMO.

Well done! Great achievement to have desensitised from it.
