Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now.

Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year.

Default An Apology To The PTSD Editors and Community
Hello All .
I have continually miss spelled , had lack of punctuation or in fact have had no control at all on the proper use of the English Language .
I have a friend from this site that has always had the greatest patients for me and has pointed out many times when I should do this that I do not have much tolerance for .
We have respect for each others opinions though . It is about time I try to follow some simple requests from this site . . you all have also had great tolerance for my typing and use of language or profanity .
I have not been on this site for quite a while . and have not payed much attention to new rules that would help make the moderators job easier or the general community to understand what is going on in my life .
For all this I Deeply aploliguize and thank you all for excepting me and all my flaws.
I will try to do better in the future .

Hugs. I know it is hard to remember the rules when emotions and PTSD complicate our thinking. I've forgotten a few times myself. It was brave of you to post this. Kudos for your bravery. I picked out a toolbar for my Internet that has a spellcheck. It has helped me a bunch.
