Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now.

Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year.

I have really bad cravings for a vegemite sandwich made with white bread! Too bad i'm allergic to yeast and also gluten intolerant!

But of the things i can have i would love Lentil Bolognase with rice pasta right now, too bad i can't be bothered making it!

Craving more time in the course of a day and night. That's about it unless we're talking treats, then I'm craving my very own bananna-split style sundae with at least a half a dozen chunks of various type fudge, ....nestled underneath, pushed in along the sides and topped with both fudge chunks and shavings. Wow! this sounds good, and I may just have to make a point of settling for a simple bananna split sundae, tommorrow.

Actual human love and the ability to trust someone.
I'm not really into food that much......sort of like I just need to fill my stomach sometimes.
Meditation and yoga is what I do with a lot of my time.
Crave to help people with PTSD.

We have a particular brand of ice cream in this area of the U.S. - Blue Bell. They know how to make ice cream.
They have a new flavor, snicker-doodle cookie dough, something like that. The missus picked up a half gallon, but I have not been home yet.
That's gonna be some good stuff.
