| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | Yes! Sushi! Oh...how I miss sushi... When I lived in California, I loved the food there. Especially the asian foods. Here is Ioway, there is only one, count 'em, one sushi restaurant here in town. So...it's not as good.
California rolls....mmmmmm |

| | Chocolate. Bit obvious that one I guess! I would like the company of some sensible honest people - chocolate is easier to obtain (except when on this forum, of course!). |

| | I have the indulgent craving factor of an intense level due to pregnancy. It was mandarins with Alexander but its calamari for me at the moment. Just can't get enough of that stuff and we have just moved (as you all know) closer to the one place I can get it close by. Funnily enough, I got a list off the acupuncuturist that I see about foods to increase my yin balance and calamari was on that list!! I was craving that stuff before I finally found this great acupuncturist to help keep me sane. The body knows stuff.........so go with your craving.......whatever that might be.
Oh and chocolate on its own, in a cake, in a milkshake.....any way you like it!! AND Earl Grey tea. Anthony would say that food in general is my craving but then he eats the least of all of us in this house. The teenager, the toddler and I all kick his butt when it comes to eating. |

| I'll have to try that! Too bad I probably don't have five dollars in my couch.
I'm craving cinnamon bagel with honey almond cream cheese. And of course, coffee, cream and sugar. (Holy carbs!) | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
