| | Notices | Welcome to PTSD Forum. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a life threatening, debilitating disorder that can break down a sufferer’s body through anxiety and stress. Further it poses a significant suicide risk resulting from the brains neurological imbalance and chemical depression. Sufferers often live in denial, thus this community is aimed at helping PTSD sufferers help themselves through others experiences, guidance and education. We are here for the sufferer, spouse and families surrounding PTSD. Spouses and family are too often forgotten in this equation, and often they receive all the worst that PTSD has to offer. If you're involved in any way with PTSD, get registered and help yourself now. Non-active members will eventually be deleted. If you are not a sufferer, carer or someone within the mental health industry, and active, then there is little reason for you to be a member of this forum. Non-active members with zero posts are deleted periodically during the year. | | |

| | Nam, thanks for posting that, I needed it! I have not had that pleasure this time around! But with 4 kids I swear I have seen it all, I could only imagine what 5 would do to me :loopy: My oldest used to go on my oldest daughters "kitchen" that had stools connected. He would leave stools on her stools ha ha ha... He would also go outside and do it saying that the dogs did. My little one, she tries to go out on the deck and will stand on the edge to try and pee off, because the boys do. I swear with boys and not being in the city they think they can pee *any where* (they need retraining)! And I try like the devil to tell little one she just does not have that capability. |

| | That's hilarious!!
A famous story in our family was when my brother was 5 and I was 2 (and still in diapers). My brother pee'd out the screen window of our front door and blamed it on me!!
We still chuckle about that one. Gotta love kids!!

| | No toilet training in sight for the toddler yet, although he is just in the last week gotten hold of 'pooh' when he does one..that's a start. As for who gets to change the poopy nappies, that's always a battle in this house. Anthony and I have adopted some real sneaky tactics to landing the other one with the job. Its always great when there is Nanna around because she is not up to our covert methods and gets the job everytime. |

| | My daughter (who is 22 now) was 16 months old, and started sneaking into MY bedroom, beside the bed-taking her diaper off , and pooping in the FLOOR!
after a couple days, i got the potty chair out and put it in that spot. guess what? she started using the potty-for everything at once! then i moved the potty to the bathroom, and that was it for her. she did it herself. BOYS were another story! |
